Circuit Training

Step up to the challenge of improving your strength and endurance, including a good amount of cardio and core work as you work your way through this challenging circuit of exercises timed in specific intervals.This class is easy to follow and for all levels as modifications are always given.

Dance Craze

A combination of a variety of international dance styles and rythms.An extremely fun,energetic,calorie burning class.You will be having so much FUN you won’t realize you are sweating and gaining cardiovascular endurance!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body.This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body,while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

HIIT & ABS

Get chiseled rock hard abs with a variety of standing and mat abdominal exercises mixed with a variety of cardio: Stead state low impact & HIIT cardio intervals.
This metabolic workout is proven to burn fat and boost athletic conditioning.

Piloxing

A combined cardio workout which includes both Pilates and Boxing.This barefoot workout combines the upper body power moves of boxing to burn calories,together with pilates movements to help tone and strengthen.

Power Flow Yoga

R.I.P.P.E.D

R.I.P.P.E.D is a total body workout utilizing resistance and cardio training, by
combining Resistance,Intervals, Power, Plyometrics,Endurance and Diet you get a routine that is highly effective.This class keeps your body guessing and improving and keeps you mind engaged. R.I.P.P.E.D is constantly challenging but never,ever boring.

Rock Bottom

This all lower body workout will target everything below the belt! Squats, Lunges and a variety of exercises using weights,resistance bands and floor exercises will be included in this class guaranteed to strengthen and tone the legs and booty!

SPIN

Join this “Virtual Ride” Spin class for a non-impact, highly effective way to build up
cardiovascular strength and endurance.This class is designed for all levels and offers a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping as we ride hills and do sprints. Burn serious calories and leave with a feeling of accomplishment.

T.N.T

Tighten and Tone, this class will help you not only lose fat but also get a sleeker “tighter”body and boost calorie burn all day long.Every move is designed to shape your muscles,improve your posture, and build your core, so even everyday
activities become easier to do.

Upper Cut

AquaFit

Full body conditioning in the water.Cardio & Strength exercises using different fitness techniques such as cardio intervals drills, core work, boxing, pilates for the lower body and athletic drills for coordination.

Aqua Arthritis

A warm water exercise program designed for people with severe arthritis and/or orthopedic problems.Its purpose is to reduce pain and stiffness and increase the range of motion in this joints.

Aqua Challenge

A combo class designed to have 30 minutes of aerobic activity followed with some water weight toning.Designed to increase both strength and aerobic capacity.

Power Pump

A high energy water class with high energy music. A combination of traditional water aerobics,power aqua, circuit training, kickboxing and strength moves.

from 9 am to 9 pm.

Multi-Club Members Free Guest Weekends

Guest must be 18 years of age and present current ID

All Multi-Club Members are invite to bring one guest every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm

Monday – Friday : 8:00am – 8:30pm
